摘要 在提高物质生活的同时,人们越来越注重健康问题,转基因动物的安全性成为热点话题。肌肉发育是家畜育种过程中重要经济性状之一,肌肉生长抑制素(Myostatin,MSTN)是一种抑制骨骼肌生长发育的转录生长因子,被认为是提高畜牧业瘦肉生产的重要基因。研究表明,MSTN基因的敲除有助于提高动物的肌肉发育。文章重点讨论了利用基因编辑技术获得的MSTN基因敲除猪的安全性。 While improving material life,people pay more attention to health issues,and the safety of transgenic animals has become a hot topic.Muscle development is one of the most important economic characters in livestock breeding.Myostatin(MSTN)is a transcriptional growth factor that inhibits growth of skeletal muscle and is considered as an important gene to improve lean meat production in stockbreeding.Studies have shown that knockouts of MSTN gene helps improve muscle development in animals.This paper aims to discuss the safety of MSTN gene knockout pigs obtained by gene editing technology.
