摘要
目的了解毒蛇咬伤患者流行病学特点、临床治疗情况及就诊时间对病情和疗效的影响。方法回顾性调查2017年1月1日-2019年12月31日某院收治的529例毒蛇咬伤患者,计数资料以例数和百分率进行描述,采用SPSS 20软件包对其年龄、性别、咬伤季节、就诊时间、毒蛇种类、住院时间、住院费用等情况进行统计分析。结果某地区毒蛇咬伤患者男女构成比为1.36:1,伤者年龄主要集中在30岁~59岁之间,以农民为主,共414例(占78.26%),6月~9月蛇咬伤人数最多,共349例(占65.97%),毒蛇种类以竹叶青、眼镜蛇、蝮蛇居多,患者就诊时间大多在6小时~24小时,占就诊人数的63.45%,平均住院天数9.08±9.56天,平均住院费用为8345元,治疗总有效率99.81%。结论毒蛇咬伤后及早就医,可以减少并发症的发生,避免病情加重,缩短住院时间,保障治疗的效果。
Objective To understand the influence of epidemiological characteristics,clinical treatment and visiting time on the condition and curative effect of snakebite patients.Methods Aretrospective investigation was conducted on January 1 st,2017 to December 31 st,2019 of 529 snakebite patients admitted in a hospital,the count data to the number of cases(n)and the percentage(%)was described,using SPSS software package to its 20 bitten by age,gender,seasons,time,type of snake,carried out a statistical analysis on the length of hospital stay,hospital charges,and so on and so forth.Results Snake bite patients with men and women constitute a region is 1.36:1,mainly concentrated in the injured age,between 30 and 59 is given priority to with farmers,a total of 414 cases(78.26%),in June-September snakebite number,a total of 349 cases(65.97%),snake species in the majority with bamboo,cobra,the viper,time mostly in 6 to 24 hours to the patient,accounting for 63.45%of the patients,the average hospitalization days 9.08+9.56 days,the average hospitalization cost is 8345 yuan,total effective rate 99.81%.Conclusion Early medical treatment after snake bite could reduce the occurrence of complications,avoid aggravation of the disease,shorten the length of hospital stay,and ensure the treatment effect.
