长江口鳗鲡亲体标志放流的初步研究 被引量:1

Preliminary study on the tagging release of Anguilla japonicaparents in the Yangtze Estuary

摘要 为研究鳗鲡(Anguilla japonica)亲体的洄游习性,应用10枚分离式卫星标志(PAT)和500枚T型(T-bar)标志对野生和养殖鳗鲡亲体在长江口三甲港沿岸水域(121°49′E、31°12′N)进行标志放流研究。放流44 d后共收到4枚PAT标志的反馈信息,并回捕到10尾T-bar标志的鳗鲡。标志放流结果显示:野生亲体放流后水平移动距离较远,放流9 d后已到达距放流位点117.66 km的舟山水域;野生亲体洄游过程主要分布在水体上层,有明显的垂直移动和昼夜分布差异,夜间在水体上层分布的时间较多,存在规律的下潜移动。养殖亲体水平移动距离较近,放流44 d后最远到达距放流位点106.13 km的嵊泗水域;养殖亲体洄游过程中沿水体底层移动,没有明显的垂直移动和昼夜分布差异。综上可见,野生亲体放流后可以快速的进入洄游移动状态;而养殖亲体放流后主要沿水底移动,在沿岸水域逗留时间较长;野生和养殖亲体表现出不同的入海洄游习性。 To study the migratory habits of Anguilla japonica parents,10 pop-up satellite archival tags(PAT)and 500 T-bar tags were used to carry out the study on tagging release of the wild and cultured A.japonica parents in the coastal waters of Sanjiagang(121°49′E,31°12′N)in the Yangtze Estuary.The information recovery survey was conducted through satellite tracking and fishermen feedback.Satellite transmits a subset of stored date,such as light levels,depth and temperature,after the tags detach and float to the surface.Fishermen feed back the catching time and site information mainly through the contact method reserved on the tags.After 44 days,4 individuals with PAT feedback messages were received,and 10 individuals with T-bar tags were recovered.The results showed that the wild parents had a long horizontal movement distance post release.After 9 days,they had reached Zhoushan(ZS)waters about 117.66 km from the release spot.The migration process of wild parents predominantly inhabited shallow water with obvious vertical movement and diurnal distribution difference.They prefered shallower depth water at night,and showed regular diving behavior.The horizontal movement distance of the cultured parents was relatively close.After 44 days,the cultured ones reached the farthest waters of Shengsi Islands waters about 106.13 km away from the release spot.The cultured parents moved along the bottom layer of the water without obvious vertical movement and diurnal distribution difference.To sum up,the released wild parents could quickly enter the migration state with regular movement characteristics.However,the cultured ones moved along the bottom of the water and stay in the coastal waters for a long time.The wild and cultured parents showed different migratory habits.It is suggested that in future release activities,the number of tagging releases of wild parents should be expanded,the cultivation and domestication of the cultured parents should be strengthened,and the open waters far offshore should be chosen for release.T
