摘要
为开发一种符合烟草行业降焦减害要求的新型环保卷烟滤嘴材料,以烟用二醋酸纤维为主要原料,掺配一定比例的黏胶纤维,采用非织造机械成网方式和射流喷网加固工艺制备卷烟滤棒基材。测试并分析基材的力学性能、孔径分布、透气性及硬挺度等;并在滤棒成型机上制备出非织造材料卷烟滤棒,测试并分析滤棒的质量、圆周、吸阻和硬度等物理性能。结果表明只要非织造工艺路线设计合理,参数调整适当,便可实现二醋酸纤维非织造材料滤棒基材的稳定生产;所制备的二醋酸纤维非织造材料可以满足滤棒成型机的上机适应性。
To develop a new environmentally friendly cigarette filter material that meets the needs of reducing tar and harm,With the diacetate fibers,used as the raw materials blended with a certain proportion of viscose fibers,by the carding process of non-woven material and the spunlace reinforcement process the cigarette filter rod substrate was prepared.The performances of the substrate were tested and analyzed,such as appearance,pore size distribution,gas permeability and stiffness,etc.Non-woven cigarette filter rods were prepared on the filter rod forming machine,and their weight,circumference,pressure drop and hardness were analyzed.The results showed that as long as the design of the non-woven process routes were reasonable and the parameters were adjusted properly,the stable production of the non-woven rod′s substrate could be realized.In addition,the non-woven substrate could satisfy the requirements of rods on the filter rod forming machine.
