摘要
随着国内外火电机组服役时间的不断增加及机组的深度调峰,机组非停事故呈不断增加的趋势,其中水冷壁失效引起的非停占比很高,并且逐年增加。水冷壁失效主要为高温腐蚀失效,包括:垢下腐蚀、氢损伤、氯离子腐蚀、尿素腐蚀、硫化腐蚀和硫酸盐型腐蚀,不同类型的腐蚀表现出不同的腐蚀机理,呈现不同的腐蚀特征。文章通过对水冷壁不同高温腐蚀机理进行全面的查阅、统计和研究,给出了水冷壁高温腐蚀的机理、特征型貌、检测手段及防范措施,从而对水冷壁高温腐蚀失效分析、研究或预防起到指导和参考作用。
With the increasing service time of domestic thermal power units and deep peak load regulation of units,the non-stop accidents of units are increasing,the proportion of non-stop accidents caused by water wall failure is very high,and it increases year by year.The failure of water wall is mainly due to high temperature corrosion,including:corrosion under scale,hydrogen damage,chloride corrosion,urea corrosion,sulfide corrosion and sulfate corrosion.Different types of corrosion show different corrosion mechanisms and different corrosion characteristics.In this paper,different corrosion mechanisms of water wall are comprehensively consulted,counted and studied.Different corrosion mechanisms and characteristics are introduced,and preventive measures against high temperature corrosion of water wall are put forward.
