摘要
目的观察激光坐浴机联合中药坐浴对肛周脓肿术后创面恢复的疗效。方法将60例肛周脓肿术后患者随机分为观察组(n=30,激光坐浴机联合中药坐浴)和对照组(n=30,传统中药坐浴)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组的治疗总有效率无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组治疗3、7、14 d后的疼痛评分及术区创面水肿评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗3、7 d后的术区创面出血评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗3、6、9 d后的创面渗出液评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论激光坐浴机联合中药坐浴能够有效促进肛周脓肿术后创面的恢复。
Objective To observe the effect of laser sitz bath machine combined with traditional Chinese medicine hip bath on wound recovery after perianal abscess operation.Methods Sixty patients after perianal abscess operation were randomly divided into observation group(n=30,laser sitz bath machine combined with traditional Chinese medicine hip bath)and control group(n=30,traditional Chinese medicine hip bath).The therapeutic effects of both groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between both groups(P>0.05).The pain scores and wound edema scores after 3,7 and 14 d of treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of wound bleeding after 3 and 7 d of treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The wound exudate scores after 3,6 and 9 d of treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laser hip bath machine combined with traditional Chinese medicine hip bath can effectively promote the recovery of wound after perianal abscess operation.
