分体快装式绝缘作业平台应用效果分析

摘要 目前,国家电网企业的工作重点,在于配网的运行维修方面,实现了由原先的停电作业,逐步转变为不停电作业运维模式的建立。以配网不停电运维为基础,不断进行推广与深化,以此来加强组织管控保障体系的建立,明确工作的具体流程,全面保障在运维作业的过程中实现质量与安全的有效管控。本文将对分体快装式绝缘作业平台在配网运维工作中的应用效果为研究对象,结合目前的实际情况展开详尽的分析,针对绝缘斗臂车在作业过程中所受到地理位置的限制,以及相应的架空型配电线路,严格依照安全、可实施的作业原则,确保电力系统配网不停电运维工作的有效推进。 At present,the focus of State Grid enterprises lies in the operation and maintenance of distribution network,which has gradually changed from the original power outage operation to the establishment of the operation and maintenance mode without power outage.On the basis of uninterrupted operation and maintenance of distribution network,it is continuously promoted and deepened,so as to strengthen the establishment of organizational management and control guarantee system,clarify the specific process of work,and fully guarantee the effective control of quality and safety in the process of operation and maintenance.In this paper,the application effect of split fast-mounted insulation platform in distribution network operation and maintenance is taken as the research object,combined with the current actual situation,a detailed analysis is carried out.In view of the geographical limitations of the insulated bucket arm truck in the operation process and the corresponding overhead distribution lines,the safe and implementable operation principle is strictly followed to ensure the effective promotion of power system distribution network operation and maintenance without power outage.
