摘要
人工智能与大数据技术的快速发展对会计行业产生了重要影响,会计行业正在发生深刻变革。在此背景下,各类高等院校的管理会计人才培育工作面临全新的挑战。本文从课程体系单一、教育活动与经济实践脱节、教师经验缺乏等方面分析了高等院校管理会计人才培育的现状。提出了以用定课、以训代教以及以赛促学的人才培养路径,并提出了具体建议。
The rapid development of artificial intelligence and big data technology has had an important impact on the accounting industry.The accounting industry is undergoing profound changes.Under this background,the cultivation of management accounting talents in various colleges and universities is facing new challenges.This article analyzes the current situation of management accounting talent cultivation in colleges and universities from the aspects of single curriculum system,disconnection of educational activities and economic practice,and lack of teacher teaching experience.From practical education,training teaching,competition teaching,etc.,the talent training path was analyzed,and specific suggestions were put forward.
