血清ADAM10与2型糖尿病、冠状动脉粥样硬化的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究血清解整合素-金属蛋白酶10(A disintegrin and metalloproteinase10,ADAM10)水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(coronary heart disease,CHD)、2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)相关性,并探讨其相关机制及影响因素。方法选取2017年9月~2018年6月昆明医科大学第一附属医院收治的T2DM患者及CHD患者作为研究对象进行研究,根据病史分为T2DM组(100例)、CHD组(100例)和T2DM-CHD组(100例),选取同期笔者医院体检中心的健康体检者作为对照组(100例)。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测各组研究对象的血清ADAM10水平。结果T2DM组1833.44±778.69pg/ml、CHD组2015.95±802.10pg/ml、T2DM-CHD组1983.09±734.88pg/ml血清ADAM10均显著高于对照组1485.77±530.12pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经协方差分析排除混杂因素干预后,CHD组、T2DM-CHD组患者血清ADAM10仍高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(t=-5.153,P<0.05)与ADAM10呈独立负相关。结论血清ADAM10水平对CHD有一定的参考价值。 Objective To investigate the correlation between serum A disintegrin and metalloproteinase10(ADAM10)and coronary heart diseases(CHD)and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM),explore the relevant mechanisms and influencing factors.Methods 300 patients in the first affiliated hospital of Kunming Medical University Hospital from September 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the observation group.T2 DM group(n=100),CHD group(n=100)and T2 DM-CHD group(n=100),respectively.While 100 healthy person from the physical examination center were selected as control group.Serum ADAM10 levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The serum ADAM10 levels of patients in the T2 DM group 1833.44±778.69 pg/ml,the CHD group 2015.95±802.10 pg/ml and the T2 DM-CHD group 1983.09±734.88 pg/ml were significantly higher than those in the control group 1485.77±530.12 pg/ml(P<0.05).After the exclusion of confounding factors by covariance analysis,serum ADAM10 in CHD group and T2 DM-CHD group was still higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that HDL-C(t=-5.153,P<0.05)were negatively correlated with ADAM10.Conclusion The level of serum ADAM10 has certain reference value for CHD.
