摘要
详细介绍了镁渣应用新工艺,解决炼镁企业"发展与污染"的矛盾。通过镁渣泡沫玻璃、钙镁硅复合肥、固化剂、胶凝材料、混凝土膨胀剂、陶粒支撑剂和多孔陶瓷滤球等新工艺可促进镁渣综合利用。钙镁硅复合肥用镁渣与碳酸钾反应制备,也可在炼镁时添加难溶性含钾矿石实现附产含钾肥。镁渣对高含水水泥粉砂土实现软土固化可提高路基寿命,粉砂土液化现象明显改善。镁渣在实现固化/稳定溶液重金属方面具有高潜力,镁渣胶凝材料可生产质轻、耐久性好、高强度新型墙体材料。未来应重点研究改善镁渣活性和利用率,如开展镁渣微晶玻璃或镁渣固化的研究。
This article introduces in detail the new technology for application of magnesium slag,which can solve the contradiction of"development and pollution"in magnesium smelting companies.Comprehensive utilization of magnesium slag can be promoted through new processes such as magnesium slag-based foam glass,Ca-Mg-Si compound fertilizer,curing agent,cementing material,concretes expansion agent,ceramsite proppant and porous ceramic filter ball.Ca-Mg-Si compound fertilizer is prepared by the reaction between magnesium slag and potassium carbonate.Insoluble potassium ore can be added in the magnesium smelting process to produce potash fertilizer as a by-product.Magnesium slag can solidify soft soil of silty sand and improve the life of subgrade,therefore the liquefaction of silt is reduced obviously.Magnesium slag has high potential in curing/stabilizing heavy metals in solution.Magnesium slag cementitious materials can further produce new wall materials with light weight,good durability and high strength.Therefore,in the future,magnesium smelting plant shall focus on improving the activity and utilization of magnesium slag,such as magnesium slag microcrystalline glass or magnesium slag solidification research.
