摘要
本文采用硅烷KH-550对微晶白云母改性,同时利用马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯作为相容剂及增韧剂,通过双辊挤出机制备微晶白云母/PE-g-MAH/PP复合材料。研究表明,硅烷KH-550的最佳改性量为微晶白云母质量的1.7%;所制得的复合材料冲击强度及拉伸强度都随微晶白云母及PE-g-MAH添加量的增加先增加后降低,冲击强度最大增幅为30.79%,拉伸强度最大增幅为35.65%。
Considering with the compatibility of polypropylene and micro-crystal muscovite, in experiment we use silane KH-550 to modify micro-crystal muscovite, and use polyethylene by grafting maleic anhydride as the compatibilizer and toughening agent, via twin roll extruder prepare micro-crystal muscovite/PE-g-MAH/PP composites. Research shows that the optimal modification content of silane KH-550 is 1.7% of the quality of micro-crystal muscovite. The composites' impact strength and the tensile strength are enhancing firstly and then decreasing by increasmg the additive content of micro-crystal muscovite and PE-g-MAH, separately with the maximttm enhancement being 30.79% and 35.65%.
