摘要
针对云南30余家野外科学观测研究站的现状、科学数据共享及存在问题进行综合分析,发现云南野外科学观测研究站拥有大量的野外观测与实验数据,科学数据资源储备极为丰富,但还存在科学数据共享利用滞后等问题。为此,提出创建"云南省野外科学观测研究站数据共享中心",打造科学数据规范化、网络化数据应用服务平台,积极采用"野外站-实习科研双基地""野外站-科普游"等科技资源共享服务新模式,发挥野外站在科学数据、科研成果上的有效转化和利用,切实提高云南野外站的科学数据共享服务水平,为数据资源共享提供有益借鉴。
This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation,scientific data sharing and existing problems of more than 30 field scientific observation and research stations in Yunnan,It was found that the Yunnan Field Science Observation and Research Station has a large amount of field observation and experimental data,The reserves of scientific data are extremely rich.However,there are still some problems such as the lag of scientific data sharing and utilization.To this end,the establishment of"Yunnan Field Scientific Observation and Research Station Data Sharing Center"was proposed,Building Scientific Data Standardization and Network Data Application Service Platform;Actively adopting new service models of science and technology resources sharing,such as"field stationpractice and scientific research double bases"and"field station-popular science tour",Bring into play the effective transformation and utilization of scientific data and research achievements in field stations,Effectively improve the service level of scientific data sharing in Yunnan field stations,Provide beneficial reference for data resource sharing.
