摘要
为提高自动化码头的生产效率和综合效益,激发智慧港口物流的内生动力,研究基于自动化码头配套服务的新维度,建立模糊物元自动化码头配套创新服务水平评价指标体系和模型。选取7个港口自动化码头为样本,通过数据采集,定性分析与定量计算相结合,对评价模型的机理和功能进行论证和修正。结果表明:采用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)模糊物元建模评价自动化码头综合物流配套创新服务,具有准确科学、方法便捷和论证合理等特点,对优化自动化码头运营模式和提升码头治理能力有重要参考价值。
The evaluation index system is developed to stimulate the endogenous power of intelligent port logistics for the higher production efficiency and comprehensive benefits of automated terminals.The fuzzy matter-element model of the innovative supporting services for automatic wharf and the evaluation index system are established.The mechanism and function of the model and the index system are verified and improved through quantitative and qualitative analysis of the sample data collected from the automatic terminals of seven ports.The results show that the design of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)fuzzy matter element model is rational for the evaluation of the intelligent port logistics and is a reference for optimization of the operation mode of automated terminals.
