摘要
电池健康度的快速评估是低成本的退役电池梯次利用的关键技术之一。该文采用概率密度函数分析了磷酸铁锂电池模组充放电过程中工作电压的变化规律,研究了概率密度和概率这两个特征指标与电池健康度的关系。研究结果表明,无论是充电过程还是放电过程,电池模组健康度与概率密度之间有很好的线性关系,用概率密度这个特征指标可以作为磷酸铁锂电池模组健康度的快速评估指标。放电过程中电池模组健康度与概率之间有较好的线性关系,但是不如概率密度的线性关系好。
The rapid assessment of the state of health(SOH)of batteries is one of the key technologies for low-cost hierarchical utilization of retired batteries. In this paper,the probability density function is used to analyze the variation law of working voltage during the charging and discharging process of the lithium iron phosphate battery module, and the relationship between the probability density and the battery SOH is studied. The results of the study show that there is a good linear relationship between the SOH of battery modules and the probability density in the process of charging or discharging. The probability density can be used as a rapid evaluation index of the SOH of LiFePO4 battery module. During the discharge process,there is a good linear relationship between the SOH and probability of battery modules,but the linearity is not as good as the one with probability density.
