摘要
文章介绍了磷酸铁锂(LiFePO4)电池动力船舶上的电池热失控风险分阶段防控策略,明确了风险各阶段的划分和应对措施并分析了LiFePO4电池动力船上细水雾灭火系统主要技术参数对灭火效果的影响以及参数选定依据。结合实例,对兼具局部应用和全淹没方式的泵组开式细水雾灭火系统在LiFePO4电池动力船舶上的布置特点及其在电池热失控阶段的风险防控实施路径。对船用动力电池风险评估、细水雾灭火系统实体火灾模拟试验以及采用移动式高压细水雾灭火装置、手提式细水雾灭火器等,给出了相关规定的完善建议。
The method of stepped risk control of lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO4)power battery onboard electric ships is introduced,and the distinction of battery thermal runaway stages as well as control measures in different stage.the connections between major technical parameters and the fire effectiveness of a water mist fire extinguishing system in order to emphasize principles in parameters designing is analyzed.By an example discussed the arrangement of a pump supplied open-type water mist fire extinguishing system with both of total flooding and local application onboard an electric ship powered by LiFePO4 battery and the way of risk control in different stages of battery thermal runaway.Recommended to improve requirements onboard electric ships for risk evaluate of battery,simulation fire test using water mist system,and application of movable high pressured water mist fire extinguishing equipment or portable water mist fire extinguisher.
