摘要
1961年,韦恩·布思结合形式主义研究和对作者的关注,提出了“隐含作者”的概念,这是对作者研究的一次突破和创新。然而,自布思提出这一概念以来,中西方学界围绕它的合理性和必要性展开持续讨论,美国叙事学家苏珊·兰瑟就是其中的代表人物之一。文章对隐含作者的概念、形成缘由和相关争论加以梳理,并以《隐含作者:不可知论的宣言》为基础,分析兰瑟对隐含作者这一问题的看法。
In 1961,Wayne Booth put forward the concept of“the implicit author”based on formalism and his concern for the author.This is a breakthrough and innovation in the study of author.However,since Booth put forward the concept,the Chinese and western academic circles have been discussing its rationality and necessity.Susan Lancer,an American narrator,is one of the representatives.This paper summarizes the concept of implicit author,the causes of its formation and the related debates,and analyzes Lancer’s views on the issue of implicit author based on“The Implicit Author:Manifesto of Agnosticism”.
