摘要
目的:探讨外用紫草乳膏联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗寻常型银屑病的临床效果。方法:2018-2019年收治寻常型银屑病患者50例,患者均给予外用紫草乳膏联合NB-UVB方案干预;观察对患者皮肤屏障及免疫功能的影响。结果:患者治疗总有效率达98.0%;相对于治疗前,治疗后皮肤屏障相关指标水平(角质层含水量、经表皮失水量、皮脂含量)等均有改善,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后患者T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)均有改善,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用紫草乳膏、NB-UVB照射联合方案治疗寻常 型银屑病,对于病情有突出的控制效果,同时对皮肤屏障功能及免疫功能也有积极的调节作用。
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of combined therapy with topical comfrey cream and NB-UVB(narrow-band UVB)in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:From 2018 to 2019,50 cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris were enrolled,all patients were given a combination of topical comfrey cream and NB-UVB to treat.The effect on skin barrier and immune function was observed.Results:The total effective rate of treatment was 98.0%in all patients.Compared with pre-treatment,the skin barrier related indexes(cuticle water content,transepidermal water loss,sebum content)were significantly improved,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).T lymphocyte subsets(CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)were improved after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of comfrey cream and NB-UVB irradiation in clinical treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris has a prominent control effect on the condition,it also has a positive regulatory effect on skin barrier function and immune function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
