摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)作为女性常见的内分泌疾病长期困扰女性患者,中医认为多囊卵巢综合征的病因病机多为肝、脾、肾三脏功能失调导致肾虚、脾虚、兼夹痰湿、血瘀与肝郁,中医多采用辨证论治,针药治疗,中药周期治疗效果显著,广泛应用于临床,改善生活方式在治疗中也具有重要意义。该文通过查阅近5年文献总结临床常见疗效显著的治疗方案。
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),as a common endocrine disease,affects women′s life. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the pathogenesis of PCOS is mostly caused by liver,spleen and kidney dysfunction which can lead to kidney deficiency,spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness,blood stasis and liver stagnation. Traditional Chinese medicine usessyndrome differentiation and acupuncture treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine cycle treatment has significanteffect,widely used in clinic. Improving lifestyle is also of great significance in treatment. This article summarized the clinical significant treatment options by reviewing the literature in the past five years.
