摘要
为了提高渔业企业远洋船只的捕捞生产效率并削弱风险,文章采用SAJ的安全管理分析方法,对环绕远洋船舶的五个要素做了数据量化分析并推导出安全模型,最终得出人员、机器和方法是要重点加强安全管理的领域,尤其是对人力资源这样极其活跃的因素要从选人育人方面加以长期培养。通过实际运作与专家调研证实该安全管理模型是有效的。
In order to improve the fishing efficiency and reduce the risks of fishing enterprises′ocean going vessels,this paper uses the safety management analysis method of SAJ,makes a quantitative analysis of the five elements surrounding the ocean going vessels,and deduces the safety model.Finally,it is concluded that the personnel,machinery and methods should be paid special attention to,and personnel should be selected and trained in a long term.Through actual operation and expert investigation,it is proved that the safety management model is effective.
