摘要
目的:研究马来酸麦角新碱结合缩宫素预防宫缩乏力产后出血的作用。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年3月于本院就诊的宫缩乏力的产妇82例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各41例。对照组产后予以缩宫素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予以马来酸麦角新碱治疗。观察两组产后2、24 h出血量,产后不同时间点宫底高度及不良反应发生情况。结果:产后2、24 h,观察组出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05);产后24 h,两组宫底高度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);产后48、96 h,观察组宫底高度均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为9.76%,低于对照组26.83%(P<0.05)。结论:马来酸麦角新碱结合缩宫素预防宫缩乏力产后出血可有效减少产后出血量,促进子宫恢复,降低不良反应,可于临床上推广。
Objective:To study the effect of Ergometrine Maleate combined with Oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia.Method:A total of 82 parturients with uterine inertia in our hospital from June 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table,41 cases in each group.The control group was given Oxytocin treatment after delivery,and the observation group was given Ergometrine Maleate on the basis of the control group.The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in 2,24 h,the height of uterine floor at different time points and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Result:The amount of postpartum hemorrhage 2,24 h after delivery in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the uterine fundus height 24 h after delivery between the two groups(P>0.05).The uterine fundus height 48,96 h after delivery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.76%,which was lower than 26.83%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ergometrine Maleate combined with Oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia can effectively reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,promote uterine recovery and reduce adverse reactions,which can be promoted in clinical.
