摘要
对含铜HSLA钢进行了不同回火温度的热处理试验,并借助OM、SEM、硬度检测、拉伸试验、冲击试验等手段研究了回火温度对含铜HSLA钢组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着回火温度的升高,含铜HSLA钢的基体组织中板条马氏体的板条结构逐渐消失,屈服强度和抗拉强度呈现先升高后下降的趋势,低温冲击韧性明显提高,韧脆转变温度降低,硬度在回火温度超过500℃后下降。
Heat treatment tests of copper-containing HSLA steel at different tempering temperatures were carried out, and the influence of tempering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of copper-containing HSLA steel was studied by means of OM, SEM, hardness test, tensile test and impact test. The results show that, with the tempering temperature increasing, the lath structure of lath martensite in the matrix structure of copper-containing HSLA steel gradually disappears, the yield strength and tensile strength show the trend of first increasing and then decreasing, the low temperature impact toughness increases obviously, and the ductile-brittle transition temperature decreases, the hardness decreases after tempering temperature exceeds 500 ℃.
