摘要 FH40钢作为一种高强船板钢,具有高强度和优良的低温冲击韧性,因此一直是造船领域研究的热点。制备了含不同Ce含量的FH40钢,分析了不同Ce含量对FH40钢铸态、轧态组织以及力学性能的影响。结果表明,Ce元素的加入,使得钢中诱发了针状铁素体,细化了晶粒。随着Ce含量由0%增加到0.058%时,纵向冲击功由106 J增加到154.6 J;屈服强度由427 MPa增加到475 MPa,抗拉强度由590 MPa增加到635 MPa。 As a kind of high-strength ship plate steel, FH40 steel has the characteristics of high strength and excellent low temperature impact toughness, so it has been a hot spot in the field of shipbuilding. FH40 steel with different Ce content was prepared, and the effects of different Ce content on the as-cast, as-rolled structure and mechanical properties of FH40 steel were analyzed. The results show that the addition of Ce element induces the acicular ferrite in the steel and refines the grains.With the increase of Ce content from 0% to 0.058%, the longitudinal impact energy increases from 106 J to 154.6 J. The yield strength increases from 427 MPa to 475 MPa and the tensile strength increases from 590 MPa to 635 MPa.
