摘要
水资源是地球一切生命赖以生存的根本所在,然而可供人类饮用的水资源却极度稀缺。在全球气候变化的影响下,清洁、可持续的水资源安全保障受到了极大挑战,同时影响着能源与粮食的安全问题。文章从城市、社区和建筑3个维度,分享美国凤凰市、美国剑桥市、中国上海市、巴西库里提巴市等城市在应对水资源短缺、水质问题所采取的有效措施,探讨管理水资源与应对气候变化的关系。
Water resources are the source of life on which all life on earth depends,but water resources for human consumption are incredibly scarce.Under the influence of global climate change,the security of clean and sustainable water resources has been dramatically challenged,and at the same time,energy and food security are affected.This article shares the effective measures taken by cities such as Phoenix,Cambridge from the US,Shanghai from China,and Curitiba from Brazil to deal with water shortages and water quality issues at the city,community,and building levels,and discuss the relationship between water resources management and climate change.
