摘要
基于价值型投入产出表,添加部门用水量和能源使用量,分析黑龙江省水足迹和能源足迹构成与流向。研究结果表明,耗水部门同时也是高耗能部门,分别为煤炭采选,石油和天然气开采,金属矿采选,非金属矿和其他矿采选,石油、炼焦产品和核燃料加工品,非金属矿物制品,废品废料,金属制品、机械和设备修理服务;高新技术产业通用、专用设备,交通运输设备,电气机械和器材,通信、计算机和其他电子设备,仪器仪表属于低耗水耗能产业,在生产中流入了大量其他部门的虚拟水和虚拟能源;黑龙江省国民经济部门总产出前九位的部门的水资源流向和能源流向基本相同。
Based on the value input-output table,the composition and direction of the water footprint and energy footprint of Heilongjiang Province are analyzed by adding the water consumption and energy consumption of the department.The results show that:(a)the high water-consumption sector are also energy-intensive sectors,including coal selecting products,oil and gas products,metallic ore selecting product,other non-metallic mineral and ore selecting product,petroleum,coking products and nuclear fuel processing,non-metallic mineral products,scrap waste,metal products,and machinery and equipment repair services;(b)the high-tech industry general equipment and special equipment,transportation equipment,electrical machinery and equipment,communications equipment,computers and other electronic equipment,and instruments and meters are low-consumption water energy industry,and a large number of virtual water and virtual energy from other sectors have flowed into the production of these products;and(c)the flow of water resources and energy in the top nine sectors of total output in Heilongjiang s national economy departments is basically the same.
