摘要
近年来理工类高校纷纷建设高等教育学硕士点,其发展逻辑与培养质量倍受关注与质疑。课程设置体现了学科发展的逻辑,决定了人才培养的方向与质量。以江苏省四所理工类高校高等教育学专业的硕士生课程为研究对象,运用访谈法,探究了课程设置的影响因素。研究结果表明:理工类高校高等教育学专业硕士生课程设置具有明显的校本特色,是研究生教育政策、课程设置权力、理工类高校本质属性等内外部因素"共谋"的结果。改善理工类高校高等教育学专业硕士生的课程设置,需要在重视人文社科专业发展的基础上进行课程体系的顶层设计。
In recent years,science and engineering universities have been building master’s programs in higher education,and their development logic and training quality have attracted much attention and questioning.The curriculum design reflects the logic of discipline development and determines the direction and quality of talent training.Taking master’s degree courses of higher education major in four science and technology universities in Jiangsu province as the research object,this paper explores the influencing factors of curriculum setting by interview method.The research results show that:the curriculum setting of higher education major of science and engineering universities has obvious school-based characteristics,is the result of"collusion"of internal and external factors,including master’s education policy,curriculum setting power,and the essential attributes of science and engineering universities.It is necessary to design the curriculum system on the basis of attaching importance to the development of humanities and social sciences in order to improve the curriculum setting for the master’s students of higher education in science and engineering universities.
