摘要
光学检测是光电原理结合机械测量的一种高等级测量技术,也叫做光学测量,具有复杂性、专业性的特点,在对精准度要求较高的加工业、工业设计中应用较多。常用的光学检测设备有光学影像测量仪、坐标测量仪等,可以获得更加精准的数据。现阶段,国内的光学测量工作还有很大的完善空间,比如光学影像的生成、图形数据的处理能力等方面仍有许多不足之处。本文综述了智能化发展过程中,自动光学检测设备的应用价值。
Optical inspection is a high-level measurement technology that combines photoelectric principles with mechanical measurement.It is also called optical measurement.It has the characteristics of complexity and professionalism.It is often used in processing industries and industrial designs that require high accuracy.Commonly used optical inspection equipment includes optical image measuring instrument,coordinate measuring instrument,etc.,which can obtain more accurate data.At this stage,there is still a lot of room for improvement in domestic optical measurement work.For example,there are still many shortcomings in optical image generation and graphics data processing capabilities.This article summarizes the application value of automatic optical inspection equipment in the process of intelligent development.
