摘要
针对PCB制造过程中的缺陷,设计了一种自动光学检测系统.阐述了该系统的检测原理,介绍了系统的照明模块、图像采集模块和运动控制模块的设计,以及软件设计、检测流程和检测算法.其中,光照系统采用垂直、水平两级照明模式,提出针对不同的检测项目,应组合使用2种模式下的图像.另外,在检测算法上分别设计了普通算法和元器件专用算法.实验结果表明,该系统能够实现常见PCB缺陷的检测.
To control the quality in a SMT assembly process line, an automated inspection system designed for detecting the defects of PCBs is designed in this paper. Firstly this paper introduced the theory of inspection, the design of illumination system, image acquisition system and mechanical positioning system. Also it introduced the general software structure and the general inspection procedure currently installed on the system. The illumination system includes vertical illumination and horizontal illumination, so that it can be used for different defect inspection. Furthermore, the inspection algorithms are designed in common styles and the special styles for chips. Experiments show that the system can detect the familiar disfigurements of PCBs.
