摘要
农村特色产业是新时代推进地方经济高质量发展的重要力量,是推进乡村振兴战略不断深入发展的重要支撑,是推进农业农村农民现代化的新引擎。当前,农村特色产业发展整体存在不平衡、不充分的特征,围绕康定农村特色产业规模较小、实力弱、低质量、单一化等表现及其原因进行深入探讨,提出贫困地区农村特色产业发展在其政策、规划、投入、人才等方面,立足农村独特资源比较优势,构建特色产业良性发展与动态平衡的发展模式,化解社会化市场化产业化中的各类风险,提高农村特色资源使用效率,增强农村特色产业高质量发展的动力,实现“绿水青山就是金山银山”的良性互动,具有重要意义。
Rural characteristic industry is an important force to promote the high quality development of local economy in the new era.It is an important support to promote further development of the rural revitalization strategy.Currently,the development of rural industrial characteristics is unbalanced and inadequate.It is necessary to have a deep discussion on its performance and reasons of the phenomenon of small scale,weak strength,low quality and simplification of characteristic industries in Kangding.Based on the comparative advantage of rural unique resources,it is vital to construct the development mode of benign development and dynamic balance of characteristic industries,in terms of policy,planning,investment,talents and so on,to resolve all kinds of risks in the process of socialization,marketization and industrialization,to improve the utilization efficiency of rural characteristic resources and to enhance the driving force of high-quality development of rural characteristic industries.It is of great significance to realize the initiative that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.
