摘要
中国共产党成立百年来,带领人民群众在全面深化改革中推进乡村振兴,从根本上体现了中国特色社会主义的本质要求。中国共产党领导乡村发展坚持人民至上、实事求是、共同富裕、人的解放四重向度;经历了确立“翻身解放”奋斗方向、保障农民生存权利,推行“农业集体化”根本路线、缓解农村落后局面,强调“解放生产力”发展思路、释放农村发展活力,树立“解决温饱”目标导向、建设社会主义新农村,践行“精准扶贫”战略方法、培育农业农村发展新动能五个历史发展阶段。蕴藏着强化党的政治领导力、注重党的思想引领力、发挥党的群众组织力、突出党的社会号召力等丰富经验。回顾中国共产党带领人民从减贫脱贫到推进乡村发展的百年历程和基本经验,对于彰显中国特色社会主义制度的优越性,加快推进农业农村现代化建设具有重要现实价值和意义。
Over the past century since its founding,the Communist Party of China has led the masses of the people to promote rural revitalization in the process of comprehensively deepening reforms,which has fundamentally embodied the essential requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The Communist Party of China leads rural development to adhere to the four dimensions of people first,seeking truth from facts,common prosperity,and human liberation;it has experienced the direction of“turning over and liberating”,protecting farmers’rights to survive,implementing the fundamental line of“agricultural collectivization”,alleviating the backward situation in rural areas,emphasizing the development idea of“liberating productivity”,releasing the vitality of rural development,establishing the goal orientation of“solving food and clothing”,building a new socialist countryside,implementing the“targeted poverty alleviation”strategy methods,cultivating new drivers of agricultural and rural development in five historical development stages;it contains rich experience in strengthening the Party’s political leadership,focusing on the Party’s ideological leadership,exerting the Party’s mass organization power,and highlighting the Party’s social appeal.Reviewing the centuries and basic experience of the Chinese Communist Party leading the people from poverty alleviation to promoting rural development has important practical value and significance for demonstrating the superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
