摘要 计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)具有成本低、周期短、速度快、资料完备、能模拟较复杂或较理想的过程等优点。将其应用于福建省某排涝泵站进水流道,采用控制体积法离散控制方程,利用PTC Creo Parametric 3.0进行三维实体造型并进行数值模拟计算。通过对7种工况的数值计算,得出水泵进口断面的流速分布均匀度Vu、流速加权平均角θ-和流速云图,为设计和施工提供了依据。 CFD has the advantages of low cost,short cycle,fast speed,complete data,and the ability to simulate complex and ideal processes.This paper applies it to the inlet flow passage of a drainage pump station in Fujian province,by using the discrete control equation with control volume method.Modeling and numerical simulation calculation has been conducted by using the software PTC Creo Parametric 3.0.Through the numerical calculation of 7 working conditions,the flow velocity distribution uniformity,weighted average angle of flow velocity and cloud chart of flow velocity at the inlet section of the pump are obtained,which provides the basis for design and construction.
