摘要
为确保轴流泵能够长期、稳定、安全运行。以某轴流泵为分析案例,进行了CFD内部流场的数值计算,得到了水泵内部流场的流线、速度以及压力分布规律。同时,为了验证水泵的真实流态,制作了试验模型,并展开了PIV粒子成像试验。从试验结果来看,效率比仿真值低,但二者具有相同的变化规律,由此论证了数值计算结果的准确性。为后续该水泵结构的优化设计,奠定了基础。
Taking an axial flow pump as an example,the numerical calculation of the internal flow field of CFD is carried out in this paper.The flow line,velocity and pressure distribution of the inner flow field of the pump were obtained.At the same time,in order to verify the true flow pattern of the water pump,the experimental model is made and the PIV particle imaging test is carried out.From the experimental results,the efficiency is lower than the simulation value,but the two have the same variation law,which proves the accuracy of the numerical results.
