摘要
根据现有的固定泵站缺陷,首先对某型供排水抢险车抽水液压系统进行原理分析与选型设计,初步设计出合理、可行的供排水抢险车移动液压系统;然后利用AMESim对设计出的液压系统进行功能数值仿真,最后进行样机试验。此液压系统采用单泵单马达闭式系统,设计目标为一定的水泵输出流量及扬程。结果表明:经过对某型抢险车液压系统回路的合理匹配设计,仿真结果、试验结果分别与设计目标基本相符,通过仿真和试验验证了其能够很好地满足作业要求。
According to the existing fixed pumping defect,firstly take a theory analysis and selection design for the hydraulic system of an emergency vehicle,and designa reasonable and reliable emergency vehicle mobile hydraulic system,and then take a functional-simulation for the hydraulic system with AMESim,at last carry out a prototype test. The hydraulic system adopts the single pump-motor closed system. The design target is to keep the certain pump output flow and head. The results shows that both the simulation and the test are basically in accorded with the design target after the reasonable matching design,and the designed hydraulic system meets well the needs of a drainage emergency vehicle.
