摘要
2020年,长江流域发生了仅次于1954年、1998年流域性大洪水,洪水水位高、持续时间长,在洪水防御中,水文测报体系经受了全面检验,水文测报工作发挥了重要作用。本文梳理长江委水文局现有的水文监测和预报体系建设情况,回顾水文测报在2020年长江流域防汛抗洪工作中发挥的作用,并总结经验、启示。
In 2020,the Yangtze River Basin experienced major river basin floods second only to 1954 and 1998.T he flood level was high and lasted for a long time.The hydrological forecasting system has undergone comprehensive tests in flood defense.Hydrological forecasting played an important role.This article combs the existing hydrological monitorin g and forecasting system of the Bureau of Hydrology of Changjiang Water Resources Commission,reviews the role of hyd rological forecasting in the flood control and flood fighting of the Yangtze River Basin in 2020,and summarizes experienc e and enlightenment.
