摘要
采用Qu ECh ERS净化-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定攀枝花的火龙果中14种农药残留。10.0 g样品经改进的Qu ECh ERS方法进行前处理,采用ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱分离,以4 mmol/L甲酸水溶液和甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱。质谱采用电喷雾正离子源和多反应监测模式。14种农药的质量浓度为4.0~200.0μg/L时,线性关系良好,相关系数(r)>0.999,定量限为0.15~1.0μg/kg,空白样品的3个添加水平(5,20和80μg/kg)回收率为81.1%~94.7%,RSD为3.8%~10.6%(n=6)。说明方法灵敏度及准确度良好,能满足火龙果中14种农药残留检测的要求。
About 14 kinds of pesticide residues in pitaya of Panzhihua by QuEChERS with ultra-performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)were determined.About 10.0 g samples were pretreated with an improved QuEChERS method,and then the target analytes were separated on a ZORBAX SB-C18 column with gradient elution using a mobile phase made up of 4 mmol/L formic acid solution and methanol.Positive ion of electrospray ionization(ESI)and multiplereaction monitoring(MRM)mode were adopted in MS analysis.The concentration of 14 pesticides showed good linearity in the range of 4.0-200.0μg/L(r>0.999).The limits of detection were 0.15-1.0μg/kg,respectively.The spiked recovery rates were in the range of 81.1%-94.7%at 3 spiked levels(5,20 and 80μg/kg)for blank sample,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 3.8%-10.6%(n=6).The method was sensitive and accurate.It could meet the requirements for the determination of 14 kinds of pesticide residues in pitaya.
