摘要
目的:深入了解新冠肺炎期间援助湖北护士内心的真实想法及感受,以期为护理管理者制定决策提供参考。方法:采用目的抽样法,选取宁夏某三甲医院赴湖北抗击新冠肺炎的护士共12名进行深度访谈,运用Colaizzi七步分析法对资料进行整理分析。结果:共提炼出4个主题:高度的责任感及使命感、心理状态差异、佩戴医用防护用品不适、感恩社会支持。结论:援助湖北护士整体工作体验较积极,职业认同感高,但护理管理者在制定决策时,还应充分考虑护士性别、援助医院患者病情程度、不同时期护士心理状态的转变,以及防护装备带来的不适,以更好地应对突发公共卫生事件的发生。
Objective:To explore the real thoughts and feelings of nurses assisting in Hubei province,during outbreak of COVID-19,so as to provide references for nursing managers to make decisions.Methods:A total of 12 nurses of a tertiary and first-class hospital in Ningxia were selected by purposive sampling methods.Colaizzi’s seven-step analysis method was used to collate and analyze the data.Results:4 themes were extracted,including high sense of responsibility and mission,psychological state differences,discomfort of wearing medical protective equipment,and gratitude to social support.Conclusion:The overall experience of nurses assisting Hubei is positive,with a high sense of professional identity.However,nursing managers should also pay attention to gender of nurses,severity of the patient’s illness,changes of nurses’mental state in different periods,and discomfort coming from protective equipment,so as to have a better respond to public health emergencies.
