摘要
目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎患者心理体验的真实情况,为临床心理护理提供依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法对新型冠状病毒肺炎康复期患者进行半结构式深入访谈,采用Colaizzi七步分析法对资料进行整理分析。结果新型冠状病毒肺炎患者心理体验为3个主题:情绪复杂、安全感不足、感恩感激。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎患者存在复杂的心理体验,对疾病认识不足,缺少家人的陪伴,心理缺乏安全感,这些问题需要引起医院隔离病房工作者的重视,需要护理工作者积极采取干预措施。
Objective To explore the true situation of psychological experience of patients with new coronavirus pneumonia and to provide basis for clinical psychological care.Methods Semi-structured in-depth interviews were performed with phenomenological research methods in the qualitative research on patients with new coronavirus pneumonia during rehabilitation,and data were analyzed using Colaizzi′s seven-step analysis.Results The psychological experience of patients with the new coronavirus pneumonia is divided into three themes,including emotional complexity,insecurity,and gratitude.Conclusion Patients with the new coronavirus pneumonia have complicated psychological experience,including inadequate knowledge of disease,lack of family companionship,and psychological insecurity.These problems need to be paid attention by hospital isolation ward workers,and nursing workers should actively take interventions.
