氨法脱硫在燃煤锅炉烟气超低排放中的应用与对策 被引量:2

摘要 为落实国家节能减排的要求,通过对现有燃煤锅炉烟气处理设施的运行优化和超低排放改造,采用低氮燃烧+SCR脱硝、氨法脱硫、布袋除尘等技术,达到排放标准,同时针对脱硫装置的腐蚀泄漏等问题进行原因分析和相关改进。 In order to respond the call of the country on energy saving and consumption reducing,the existed flue gas treatment plant for coal fired boiler was required to optimize its process and take ultralow discharge standards. The process of low nitrogen combustion + SCR denitration process,ammonia process of desulfurization,and filter bag was adopted. Meanwhile the related improvement was carried out regarding to the corrosion leakage in desulfurization plant.
