辅食添加与喂养方式调整对预防婴儿缺铁性贫血的效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨辅食添加与喂养方式调整预防婴儿缺铁性贫血的临床效果。方法以2017年11月—2019年6月于我院门诊定期接受健康检查的258例婴儿为研究对象,依据5个月龄时喂养方式不同分为A组(单纯母乳喂养或添加辅食,86例)、B组(单纯配方奶粉喂养或添加辅食,86例)、C组(母乳+配方奶粉联合喂养或添加辅食,86例)。5个月龄末,测定3组婴儿血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白等指标水平,统计缺铁性贫血发生率,另外,调查3组婴儿辅食添加时间;8个月龄末,比较观察各组辅食添加及时与添加不及时婴儿缺铁性贫血发生率。结果A、B、C 3组5个月龄添加辅食婴儿缺铁性贫血发生率均低于未添加辅食婴儿(P<0.05),3组间缺铁性贫血总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A、B、C 3组辅食添加不及时婴儿缺铁性贫血发生率高于辅食添加及时婴儿(P<0.05),A组辅食添加不及时婴儿缺铁性贫血发生率与总发生率高于B、C 2组(P<0.05),B、C 2组则差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论6个月龄前婴儿不同奶喂养方式对缺铁性贫血的发生影响不大,耐受前提下适当添加辅食对预防缺铁性贫血具有积极作用。6个月龄后婴儿以母乳联合配方奶粉喂养或单纯配方奶粉喂养更有利于减少缺铁性贫血的发生,及时合理添加辅食可以进一步降低缺铁性贫血发生率。 Objective To study the effect of supplementary food supplementation and adjustment of feeding methods on preventing iron deficiency anemia in infants.Methods A total of 258 infants who underwent regular health examinations in our hospital from November 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research object.They were divided into group A(simple breastfeeding or supplementary food supplementation,86 cases)according to different feeding methods at the age of 5 months.Group B(simple formula milk feeding or supplementary food supplement,86 cases),Group C(breast milk+formula milk powder combined feeding or supplementary food supplement,86 cases).At the end of 5 months,the levels of hemoglobin and serum ferritin in the three groups of infants were measured,and the incidence of iron deficiency anemia was counted.In addition,the time of supplementary food supplementation for three groups of infants was investigated.At the end of 8 months,the incidence of iron deficiency anemia in infants with and without supplementary supplementary food was observed.Results The incidence of iron-deficiency anemia in infants with supplementary food at 5 months of age in groups A,B and C was lower than that in infants without supplementary food(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of iron-deficiency anemia among the three groups(P>0.05).The incidence of iron deficiency anemia in infants with untimely added food supplements in groups A,B,and C was higher than that in infants with supplementary foods(P<0.05),and the incidence and total incidence of iron deficiency anemia in infants with untimely added food supplements in group A was higher than B And C groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between B and C groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Different milk feeding methods for infants before 6 months of age have little effect on the occurrence of iron-deficiency anemia.Appropriate addition of supplementary foods under the premise of tolerance has a positive effect on the prevention of iron-
