摘要
目的调查四川省自贡市6个月~6岁儿童缺铁性贫血的状况。方法测定2017年5月至2019年11月在自贡市妇幼保健院儿童保健门诊进行健康体检的2 092例6个月~6岁儿童的血红蛋白值,分析儿童缺铁性贫血的影响因素。结果缺铁性贫血检出率为7.55%,以轻度贫血为主;男童、女童缺铁性贫血检出率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。6~12个月组儿童缺铁性贫血检出率最高,不同年龄组间缺铁性贫血检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。母亲孕期贫血、母亲孕期未合理补铁、低出生体质量、早产、母亲文化程度低及未合理添加辅食是儿童缺铁性贫血的相关因素。结论儿童定期健康检查非常重要,应早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗缺铁性贫血,以降低贫血对儿童健康的危害。
Objective To investigate the iron deficiency anemia status of children aged from 6 months to 6 years in Zigong,Sichuan Province.Methods The hemoglobin values of 2092 children aged from 6 months to 6 years who underwent physical examination in Children’s Health Clinic of Zigong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2017 to November 2019 were measured.And the influencing factors of iron deficiency anemia in children were analyzed.Results The detectable rate of iron deficiency anemia was 7.55%,most of which were mild anemia,and there was no significant difference in the detectable rate between boys and girls(P>0.05).The highest detectable rate occurred in the group of children aged from 6 months to 12 months.There were significant differences in the detectable rate of iron deficiency anemia among different age groups(P<0.05).Anemia during pregnancy,improper iron supplement during pregnancy,low birth weight,premature delivery,low education level of the mother,and improper supplementary feeding were relative factors for iron deficiency anemia in children.Conclusions It is important for children to have regular physical examination,since early detection,early diagnosis and treatment of iron deficiency anemia can help to reduce the impairment of anemia to children’s health.
