摘要
任何一个世界级强国都一定有自己的周边学理论和体系。"中国周边学"新概念的提出和新学科的建设是新时代中国特色社会主义现代化强国建设的需求和产物。构建中国周边学的理论体系、学科体系和战略体系,是中国在新时代开展周边外交的现实需要。本文着重论述建设中国周边学的时代需求、中国周边学的定义和内涵、中国周边学的历史变迁、中国周边学的理论体系、中国周边学的交叉学科体系,以及中国周边学的战略体系,比较完整系统地阐述攸关中国周边学的理论创新、交叉学科建设以及战略政策设计等问题的思考和想法,并提出了关于中国周边学建设的设想和建议,以求教于学界同仁,希期引起研讨,推进中国周边学的深入研究和学科发展。
Any great power of the world must have its own theory and knowledge system of neighboring countries studies.This paper introduces this new concept of China’s Neighboring Countries Studies and proposes the construction of a new discipline which meets the demands of the construction of modern socialist country with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The history and reality of China’s neighboring diplomacy provide solid foundation to construct the theoretical,disciplinary and strategic systems of China’s Neighboring Countries Studies.The author emphatically discusses the imminent needs,the definitions,historical changes,and the theoretical,interdisciplinary,and strategic systems of China’s Neighboring Countries Studies,and also elaborates systematically its conceptual,historical,theoretical and policy innovations,in order to promote both the research and discipline of China’s Neighboring Countries Studies.The studies aim at building an interdisciplinary discipline between international politics and area studies.
