摘要
植物乳杆菌作为益生菌的一种,可在多种环境下生存,具有广泛的生理功能和益生特性。目前大量植物乳杆菌基因组测序完成,在基因水平上揭示了植物乳杆菌的菌种特性、生理功能以及代谢机制。文章主要综述了植物乳杆菌在基因组概况、重要功能基因、比较基因组学以及基因组学在研究中应用等方面的研究进展。
As a kind of probiotics,Lactobacillus plantarum can survive in many environments and has a wide range of physiological functions and probiotics.At present,the genome sequencing of a large number of Lactobacillus plantarum has been completed,revealing the characteristics,physiological functions and metabolic mechanisms of Lactobacillus plantarum at the gene level.In this paper,the research progress of Lactobacillus plantarum in genomics,important functional genes,comparative genomics and the application of genomics in research are reviewed.
