摘要
目的探讨优化改良急诊护理流程对高血压合并脑卒中患者预后的影响。方法收集我院急诊科2016年6月-2017年12月间收治的45例高血压合并脑卒中患者作为观察组,入选患者均实施优化改良急诊护理流程进行护理干预;选取2016年6月-2017年12月间收治的45例高血压合并脑卒中患者作为对照组,采用常规护理干预措施。对2组救治效率、满意度及预后等相关指标进行比较。结果2组的抢救效率、护理满意度和预后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压脑卒中患者实施改良优化急诊护理模式对提高抢救的效率、改善高血压脑卒中的不良预后具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of optimizing and improving emergency nursing procedures on the prognosis of patients with hypertension complicated with stroke.Methods Forty-five patients with hypertension and stroke who were admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled as the observation group.The selected patients were treated with optimized and improved emergency care procedures for nursing intervention to compare the efficacy,satisfaction and prognosis of the two groups.Results Compared the rescue efficiency,nursing satisfaction and prognosis of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improvement and optimization of emergency nursing mode in patients with hypertensive stroke has important clinical significance for improving the efficiency of rescue and improving the poor prognosis of hypertensive stroke.
