用于高温供汽的燃机热电联产蓄热系统热力特性 被引量:2

Thermodynamic Characteristics of Heat Storage System of Gas Turbine Cogeneration Plants for High Temperature Steam Supply

摘要 为吸纳更多的可再生能源电力并在燃机停机时供热,提出了用于高温供汽的燃机热电联产熔盐蓄热方案,对单级熔盐蓄热、常压储水双级蓄热和加压储水双级蓄热3种理论循环模式进行了热力学分析。结果表明:烟气温度对循环熵产以及㶲效率有较大影响;热盐罐和冷盐罐温度对熵产分布和设备设计有显著影响;释热循环中的换热器夹点温差以及熔盐的熔化温度决定了最低熔盐温度;在3种循环模式中,常压储水双级蓄热系统综合性能较好。 In order to accept more renewable energy electricity and provide heat during shutdown of the combustion engine,molten salt heat storage method was proposed for gas turbine cogeneration plants for supply of high temperature steam.Thermodynamic analysis was performed for three theoretical cycle modes,i.e.,single-stage molten salt heat storage system,double-stage heat storage system with constant-pressure water tank and double-stage heat storage system with high-pressure water tank.The results show that the flue gas temperature affects the cycle entropy generation and exergy efficiency significantly.The temperatures of the hot salt tank and cold salt tank have significant influence of the entropy generation distribution and the design of equipment.The pinch temperature difference of heat exchanger in the discharge cycle and the melting temperature of the molten salt determine the lowest molten salt temperature.Among the three cycle modes,the double-stage heat storage system with constant-pressure water tank shows good comprehensive performance.
