成品油管道余压发电用液力透平研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对成品油管道输送过程中存在压力能浪费和额外增设减压装置的问题,依托华南地区某一成品油枢纽站余压回收发电节能的需求情况,采用双级泵反转作液力透平的方法,设计了一套液力透平能量回收装置,对其外特性和内部流动特征进行模拟分析,并进行了现场实际运行测试,结果表明:在0.9Q~1.2Q工况之间首级叶轮和次级叶轮工作面压力分布都比较均匀,该液力透平运行工况可偏向大流量;在0.5Q~0.7Q小工况下叶轮内部流动比较紊乱,随着流量的增加流动状态越来越得到改善,速度分布特征与压力分布特征规律类似;通过水介质对液力透平进行外特性测试,当流量达到350 m^(3)/h,流体入口压力为3.3 MPa,经过液力透平后的出口压力为0.12 MPa,总压差为3.18 MPa,测试结果与数值计算分析所获取的外特性结果基本相符;该套液力透平装置在华南地区进行了现场超过2个月的连续运行,平均每小时回收功率为130 kW,且运行稳定,可有效回收管道余压,提高输送站的经济效益。 In view of the waste of pressure energy and the addition of additional pressure reducing devices in the process of product oil pipeline transportation,a set of hydraulic turbine energy recovery device was designed by using the reverse rotation of two-stage pump as the hydraulic turbine based on the demand for energy saving of residual pressure recovery power generation of a product oil hub station in South China,and its external characteristics and internal flow characteristics were simulated and analyzed,and onsite actual running test was carried out.The results show that the pressure distribution on the working face of the first stage impeller and the second stage impeller is relatively uniform between 0.9Q and 1.2Q,and the operating condition of the hydraulic turbine can be biased to large flow;The flow in the impeller is relatively turbulent under the working condition of 0.5Q~0.7Q.With the increase of flow,the flow state is improved,and the characteristics of velocity distribution are similar to those of pressure distribution;The external characteristics of the hydraulic turbine were tested with the water medium.When the flow reaches 350 m3/h,the fluid inlet pressure is 3.3 MPa,the outlet pressure after passing through the hydraulic turbine is 0.12 MPa,and the total pressure difference is 3.18 MPa.The test results are basically consistent with the external characteristic results obtained by numerical calculation and analysis;The hydraulic turbine unit has been running continuously on the site for more than 2 months in South China.The average recovered power per hour is 130 kW,and it runs stably.It can effectively recover the residual pressure of the pipeline and improve the economic benefits of the transmission station.It can effectively recover the residual pressure of the pipeline and improve the economic benefits of the transmission station.
