摘要
钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构主要用于高层及超高层建筑的结构类型,近几年国内混凝土原材料尤其是河沙货源的供应问题,导致混凝土质量不稳定,造成结构施工到若干层数后经检测发现强度等级达不到设计要求。业界常采用破坏性拆除重新施工的办法来处理,当施工层数已经超过出现质量问题层数很多时,就会造成巨大损失。超高层剪力墙结构整层梁板置换加固设计与施工技术应用,结合工程实际,对超高层钢筋混凝土拆除置换加固的设计与施工进行了探究并得到了实施应用,取得了上面结构正常施工,下边结构加固同步进行的应用效果,为类似工程的加固设计与施工提供了借鉴参考。
The reinforced concrete shear wall structure is mainly used for the structural types of high-rise and super-high-rise buildings. In recent years,the supply of domestic raw materials for concrete,especially the supply of river sand,has led to the instability of concrete quality,resulting in the construction of several layers after testing,it was found that the strength level did not meet the design requirements. The industry often uses destructive demolition and re-construction to deal with it. When the number of construction layers has exceeded the number of layers with quality problems,it will cause huge losses. The design and construction technology of the replacement and reinforcement of the entire beam and slab of the super high-rise shear wall structure,combined with the engineering practice,the design and construction of the removal and replacement of the super high-rise reinforced concrete were explored and implemented,and the normal construction of the above structure was achieved. The application effect of the simultaneous reinforcement of the lower structure provides a reference for the reinforcement design and construction of similar projects.
