摘要
港口水工建筑主要结构形式有重力式沉箱结构和高桩梁板结构,重力式沉箱结构具有一次性出水减少水下工程量,施工速度快,整体稳定性好和抗震能力强等优点,而被广泛应用。沉箱出运安装是重力式码头施工的最关键工序,科学有效的沉箱出运安装施工方法,可以保证沉箱出运安装施工的安全、高效和经济。文中结合某码头工程实例,介绍大型沉箱的起吊助浮出运安装施工工艺流程,针对施工技术进行分析探讨并总结归纳施工注意事项。
The main structural forms of port hydraulic buildings include gravity caisson structure and high-piled beam-slab structure.The gravity caisson structure has the advantages of one-time water discharge to reduce underwater engineering,fast construction speed,good overall stability and strong earthquake resistance.And it is widely used.The shipping and installation of caisson is the most critical process of gravity wharf construction.The scientific and effective method for shipping and installation of caisson can ensure the safety,efficiency and economy of shipping and installation of caisson.Based on an example of a wharf project,this article introduces the construction process of lifting,flotation,and installation of large caisson,analyzes and discusses the construction technology and summarizes the construction considerations.
