摘要
职业教育的目标是培养高素质劳动者和技术技能人才,教育教学模式在改革中不断优化,经过探索和教学实践,理实一体化教学模式是职业教育较适用、较科学的教学模式,运用多种教学方式,体现学生中心地位,做到了理论与实践融合、学做结合、学习与工作对接,极大地提升了学生学习积极性、主动性,提升了教学效果和学生学习质量,本文以《汽车发动机结构与拆装》课程“活塞连杆组的结构与拆装”教学为例,阐述了理实一体化教学的设计与实施的思路和方法。
The goal of vocational education is to train high-quality laborers and technical skills.The education and teaching model is continuously optimized in the reform.After exploration and teaching practice,the integrated teaching model of science and practice is a more applicable and scientific teaching model for vocational education.This teaching method reflects the student-centered status,achieves the integration of theory and practice,the combination of learning and doing,the docking of learning and work,which greatly enhances students’learning enthusiasm and initiative,and improves the teaching effect and the quality of students’learning.This article takes the teaching of"Structure and Assembly of Piston and Connecting Rod Group"in the course of Automotive Engine Structure and Assembly as an example,expounds the ideas and methods of the design and implementation of the integrated teaching of theory and practice.
