PVC对低阶煤成型半焦性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过热解将煤转化为一种清洁能源是煤清洁利用的一种重要途径。通过将煤与PVC在一定比例下热压成型后,制备成型半焦过程中PVC的添加对成型半焦性质的影响。采用扫描电镜、热值分析仪、拉曼光谱和红外光谱对成型半焦进行测试分析,研究了不同热解温度和混合比例对成型半焦性质的影响。结果表明:添加PVC可大幅提升型煤强度,无加时破碎指数为86.51%,添加PVC后破碎指数可达到99.2%,强度提升14.7%。同时,添加PVC有助于半焦内部孔隙的发展;成型半焦的热值与PVC添加量成正比,并在混合比例1∶2时热值达到20.84 MJ/kg,相比原煤半焦的热值18.34 MJ/kg提升了13.6%。 The conversion of coal into a clean energy by pyrolysis is an important way to clean coal.The effect of the addition of PVC on the coke properties was study.The coke prepared by hot pressing of coal and PVC mixture at a certain ratio.Scanning electron microscopy,calorific value analyzer,Raman spectroscopy and FT-IR were used in this study.The effects of different pyrolysis temperatures and mixing ratios on the coke properties were investigated.The results show that the addition of PVC can greatly increase the strength of briquette.When without PVC addition the strength of coke is only86.51%,and when the mixing ratio reaching 1∶2,the strength is reduced to 99.2%.The addition of PVC also can develop the pore structure of coke.The calorific value of coke increased with the addition of PVC,and the calorific value reaches 20.84 MJ/kg at a mixing ratio of 1∶2,which is 13.6%higher than the calorific value of the raw coal semi-coke.The calorific value of the raw coal semi-coke reaches 18.34 MJ/kg.
