急倾斜煤层工作面巷道稳定控制机理研究 被引量:14

摘要 针对急倾斜煤层工作面特殊的巷道煤岩体赋存条件,综合利用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测相互验证的手段,对逢春煤矿N2612急倾斜煤层工作面巷道煤岩的受力破坏规律进行研究,结果表明急倾斜工作面回采巷道受力和破坏具有明显的非对称性特征,巷道左帮的应力集中程度要明显高于顶底板和右帮,受采动影响作用应力的峰值位置在工作面前方8 m,巷道顶板和右帮侧的破坏程度要明显大于巷道左帮和底板处,是巷道煤岩稳定控制的关键区域,在此基础上设计了非对称锚杆支护参数,并通过现场实测数据验证了设计参数的合理性。 For the coal and rock special occurrence conditions of roadway in steep coal seam,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and in-situ test means of mutual authentication are used to research the stress and fracture law of steep inclined coal seam roadway in N2612 working face at Fengchun mine.The results showed that stress and fracture have obvious asymmetry characteristics of steep coal seam roadway.The stress concentration of the left side roadway is significantly higher than the floor and right side.The peak position of the mining stress is 8 m in front of the working face.The fracture extent at right side and roof of roadway are bigger than left side and floor.Therefore the right side and roof of roadway are the stability control key areas.Based on these results the parameters of asymmetric bolt support are designed,and the rationality of the design parameters are verified by the field measurement data.
