急倾斜煤层巷道围岩变形破坏特征及支护技术研究 被引量:36

摘要 针对急倾斜煤层巷道围岩在开挖支护后所表现的非对称变形破坏现象,采用工程地质调查,数值模拟、理论分析等手段,分析了急倾斜煤层巷道的变形破坏具有非对称性,呈现"顶板下滑,底板鼓起"的相互错动变形特征,导致支护结构承受围岩的载荷也具有明显的非对称性。基于上述研究,提出了"锚网索非对称耦合支护技术",通过非对称布置且相互间工作性能耦合的锚网索支护方式来控制巷道的稳定性,达到对围岩变形破坏有效控制的目的。工程应用的结果表明:采用锚网索非对称耦合支护形式,可以有效控制围岩的剧烈变形,巷道的安全性大幅度提高。 According to the asymmetric deformation failure phenomenon appeared after the excavation and support of the surrounding rock in the gateway in the steep inclined seam, the engineering geological investigation, numerical simulation, theoretic analysis and other means were applied to analyze the deformation failure of the gateway in the steep inclined seam with the asymmetry. The mutual miss - movement deformation features of" the roof down sliding and floor heave" of the gateway caused the surrounding rock load on the support structure with obvious the asymmetry. Base on the above study, the bolt/steel mesh/anchor asymmetric coupling support technology was provided. The bolt/steel mesh/anchor mode with the asymmetric layout and the mutual working performance coupling was applied to control the stability of the gateway in order to reach the effective control target of the deformation failure of the gateway. The results of the engineering application showed that the bolt/steel mesh/anchor asymmetric coupling support mode could effectively control the serious deformation of the surrounding rock and could highly improve the safety of the gateway.
